In the state of New Jersey, some building departments require a NJ licensed architect or engineer's stamp on the prints and, apparently, some do not and allow the owner to submit the plans as their own. This is not typical in most other states. Behm Design is not professionally licensed in NJ and cannot provide the stamp if required. Before ordering plans it is adviseable to verify the requirement in your area regarding this issue. |
